An interactive US Map can have many potential applications. Many United State government websites use
clickable interactive US Map of each state with its counties to show census data (e.g. highest-income counties), geography of recession, employment gains or losses by county, map of bank failures, election results etc.

It would take you enormous amount of time and efforts, if you try to create an US map with all counties by drawing from scratch using a graphic software such as photoshop or PowerPoint.
